Floorwell needed an internal partner and customer operations interface that could keep up with a growing product surface.
The Bootstrap-based UI was inconsistent, maintenance was getting harder and data-heavy views felt slower than they should.
Migrated to Material UI, introduced reusable interface patterns, used Zustand for UI state, TanStack Query for data fetching and MUI X for tables and charts.
